I have done private boarding here a few times for my two dogs and I have always had a good experience. They are super accommodating to each dogs individual needs and I feel like they get a lot of attention and are well taken care of. I left my dogs here for a week and just picked them up – while I was gone one of my dogs got sick and they called me immediately, and with my permission took her to the emergency vet. They kept me updated the whole time with calls, texts, photos, and specialized care until I was able to fly back and pick them up. 10/10 recommend and will definitely continue bringing my dogs here in the future. All the staff is great and I can tell they all truly do love my dogs!

I am so happy to have found 3 dogs for my sweet and active puppy. When I was calling around for daycare last October, Anne was the only person who answered the phone in a friendly way, stayed engaged in the conversation, and listened to all of my many questions (I had never had a dog in daycare before) and answered them happily and patiently.

I take my very active dog here for boarding & daycare frequently. She always comes home pooped, it's been a real life-saver when work gets too hectic or we have to leave town. She loves all the employees there, and I can tell they genuinely care about her too! They always take the time to talk to her, or tell me about what she was up to. And she's never left with a scratch either, though she always stinks (that's expected at doggie daycare)

This is the best dog day care in Portland, cage free with 24 hour staff on site so I never worry about a late night issue for my beloved dog when we are not there. They have a very thoughtful screening process which recognizes the unique personalities of all the dogs so they can create the right type of groups. These people really care about dogs and it shows! I feel good going there to drop my dog off!

My German short-haired pointer mix Django loves 3 Dogs. She has a great time and comes home exhausted and hungry. When we moved to Portland, I was worried that we would not find a daycare as wonderful as the one we had before.

I'm a big fan of 3 Dogs Boarding & Daycare. I've used them several times for daycare and once for 5 nights while I went to Hawaii for my two dogs, a Staffordshire Pit Bull & an Australian Shepherd. My dogs come home happy and tired and I'm always pleased. They give a discount on full day & boarding if you have 2 dogs!

I love knowing that when i go out of town, my playful little dog isn't in a cage somewhere being scared and confused and kept on a schedule where she is walked a few times a day..she is romping as she pleases with other dogs, being supervised 24 hours a day, sleeping on soft beds, getting good social stimulation and positive reinforcement from the staff and probably enjoying her vacation from me as much as i am enjoying margaritas on a beach. its win win.

I am sooo pleased with Stay! My dogs are 5 and 6 years old, and definite mama's boys, but a few times a year I am forced to board them, which always breaks my heart and leaves them a nervous wreck and totally stressed out for a week after - but not since finding Stay!

Our dog would rather live at Stay than with us. I don't blame him, Stay is the coolest. They have a big, perfectly manicured backyard, a doggie spa, super cute private rooms and it's conveniently located right near the airport. Which the dog could care less about, but it's great for us. Make sure you call well in advance, Stay fills up fast.

The BEST boarding/daycare place ever! I base a large part of my review on how my dog reacted when I picked him up from his 5 night stay. Let's just tell it like it is, my dog is spoiled. I expected when I picked him up he would be most happy to reunite with me (as he always is after overnight stays).

Our older, crabby pants cattledog Punk goes to Stay for daycare with Waggin' Wagon and has spent the night as well. For daycare, we started with an interview at the house where Punk met James and he completely took her crabbiness in stride. He asked great questions and just let Punk get used to him. After she started going to daycare, she would do the happy dance when the the van pulled up to get her and would invariably come home tired and satisfied.

I feel really comfortable leaving our dog at Stay Pet Hotel. Sounds corny, but we genuinely feel like when we drop him off he 'gets a vacation too.' We were looking for a place that seemed less like a concrete "Kennel" and more like a doggie dorm. Stay is it! Their standard suites are actually much nicer than my old University dorm room, but that's another story. The facilities are clean and well-appointed. Do dogs appreciate the stylish mid-century decor? Perhaps. Call ahead and they'll let you preview the rooms/amenities in advance.

My greyhounds, Sophie and Artie are relaxing @ Stay for the umpteenth time right now. They LOVE the place. ( I also channeled greyhound #3, the sadly departed Zeke and the sweet guy told me that he LOVED it there too.)

Having lots of experience with dog facilities, I have to say there can't be any better than this. Everyone who works there obviously loves the dogs- they get sooo much play time and human time. All staff members must dedicate to memory every dog's name, for safety reasons and to make the dog feel more at home. I've never before seen a facility who not only has every staff member that loves dogs as much as I do (which is hard to do) but who are dedicated to making the dogs comfortable and safe.

We have now boarded our 70lb lab here twice, and each time has been an excellent experience! We always know right away if a boarding place is up to snuff or not by our pup's mood when we pick him up. Every time we have picked him up from Stay Pet he had a huge smile, his butt is wiggling, and he is super happy around the Stay Pet staff before we leave the building.
